I'm looking for someone who is available to move in on 26 July to 1st August.
The room is very very small. It has a single bed, wardrobe, a bedside table and a shelf. The bathroom in the flat is split in to a separate shower and toilet. Shared kitchen and living room. Lift in building. 5 min walk to King's Cross St Pancras, 7 min to Euston Station, 15 min walk to Brunswick Square. Price includes water bill and internet.
COUNCIL TAX IS NOT INCLUDED. It is payable by anyone who is not a student.
We are looking for a quiet, clean person as we are a non-party household. We are both students and from different parts of the world.
