The room has just been refurbished, so has a fresh lick of paint, and new wooden floors. Good sized double bed (king) and spacious double wardrobe.

There is a shared bathroom, and a good sized kitchen (with small table).

All tenants have access to a gym (gym classes e. g. yoga/pilates also available), swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, at no additional cost.

Water bills are included in the price, but other bills are extra.

We have virgin fibre optic internet (hence super fast and unlimited data).

Tenants have access to a shared courtyard/garden, with a fountain.

The flat is very close to both Westminster tube and Waterloo tube (both c. 5mins away). It is also close to lots of bars and restaurants, and all the amenities of the South Bank.

I also live in the flat - I work in finance (so my hours can be fairly long), but am fairly sociable and friendly, so would definitely like to share with someone I get along with.
