Room with A View (South Bank / Waterloo Southwark)
We're looking for a new lodger. Our spare room is more spacious than it looks in the photo's.
We're in a excellent location, great for those walks along the river bank, the room also has a great view from the window. The type of person we are looking for must be sensible, with a mature nature, this isn't a buddy-up kind of flat share, its a spare room in our home. The room would suit a mature university student or a working person, and mature foreign students welcome.
The room is for single occupation only from 11 PM, meaning you can not have people stay the night with you, if this rule is not agreeable with you then this room would not be suitable for you.
We are two friendly easy going guys but we like it quiet after 11.45 at night.
All bills included.
Walking distances approximately: Waterloo Station 10 minutes/ Trafalgar Square 30 minutes, Southwark Station 10 minutes/ Blackfriars Station 15 minutes, Elephant & Castle Station 15 minutes.
Sorry but only non smokers considered, no electronic smoking/vaping either.
