2nd floor flat. Looks out on to extensive gardens with mature trees.

Looking for a short term rent for September and October

Excellent transport links: 4mins walk to South Hampstead Overground (Euston Station within 15 mins of leaving the house),7 mins walk to Finchley Road (jubilee and metropolitan line underground and airport buses, national express coaches etc..) or swiss cottage (jubilee line), 12 minutes walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee line, Thameslink and Silverlink Overgrounds, airport trains...).

Use of a large(usually deserted) communal garden 2 minutes walk away. Good restaurants, bars and shops and excellent Waitrose (or Tesco Express)within a few minutes walk.

I am a musician and teacher, and dad of two children (10 and 13) who occasionally visit. My flatmate is a student. We are easy going and quiet, and looking for a similar flatmate.
