Hello!, i have a Double Room to rent out, available mid May (ideally 18th may) . the room comes fully furnished, with new carpet, and doors leading on to a well kept Garden in a lovely Flat sharing with 1 guy & 1 girl.

Housemates: Im a british guy (born to iranian/finish parents, lived in london all my life and have worked in food and coffee for a few years). The girl is English, 24, and works in recruitment.

The room offered will be furnished; newly painted, carpeted and decorated with a Double bed, large wardbrobe, a free standing shelf unit.

We have 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us.

Full use of kitchen, living room area, internet, tv, all cooking utensils, and garden. The room has doors leading to the garden.

The flat is 30 seconds walk to Finchley Road tube station (jubilee and metropolitan lines) and 1 min walk to waitrose and local shops. cinema complex and sainsburys are 5 mins walk. 10 min walk to west hampstead. 15 min tube ride to bond street.

-please no couples or pets.

We would like someone to be a part of the flat, make it a home and feel like they don't need to hide in their room!
We have a nice open plan kitchen living area so there are plenty of chill out areas as well as our garden.
