Seeking a flatmate for spacious & cozy 3bed/2bath

We are seeking a friendly flatmate for this lovely top floor spacious 3 bed/2 bath flat. Flat is situated in the heart of South Hampstead, with c. 7 min walk to both Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tubes, a nice walk to Regents Park/Hampstead Heath, and all amenities of Finchley Rd (2 gyms, Waitrose/Sainsbury’s/M&S, Boots, etc...). Given location and what flat offers, the room is an absolute steal at this price. Lease is for 2 years with 7 month break clause.

Flat is bright, airy, with double volume height ceilings, furnished with plenty of storage and has a cozy feel to it. Kitchen is open plan and flat is carpeted throughout. Living room has top to bottom windows overlooking garden, TV, 2 sofas and a table.

Room (£680/month): 9x10ft or 2. 7x3m, has standalone double closet, chest of drawers that can become a desk and a double bed. There is also some storage space outside the room. Room looks much larger than it is due to lots of light and high ceilings; it comes out onto garden. This room will be ideal for someone who does not have too many things and who will enjoy spending time in the living room, being the highlight of this flat. My guess is that bills will be c. £100/person.

I’m a Ukrainian Californian female (and you thought this did not exist!), have lived here for 10 years, friendly, social, but relatively quiet during week. I enjoy travelling, sports, dancing (mainly Latin/ballroom), good conversation and different cultures. I speak Spanish, Italian, French, Russian and Portuguese, so you are welcome to practice; and i’m learning Hebrew (slowly though). Another flatmate is a Polish female, likes to cook, run, bike and watch good films. We are happy to share occasional meal, glass of wine and a good conversation, but also have our independent lives.

We are looking for the same: friendly, responsible flatmates, who are clean and considerate. No live-in boyfriends/girlfriends please.
