Extra large room in beautiful Swiss Cottage

Hello! We have a lovely king-size room available from the end of April in the Swiss Cottage / South Hampstead area.

The room is huge, sunny and has a built-in wardrobe. It also comes furnished with a double bed, side table, desk and chest of drawers.

About the flat - it's a bright, airy 3 bedroom place with a communal living room, shared kitchen and bathroom. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment block situated above a row of shops on a lively but quiet street.

The location is super convenient; a 5 minute walk to Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee line), 2 minute walk to South Hampstead station (Overground), 7 minute walk to Finchley Road station (Metropolitan line). There are numerous supermarkets within easy walking distance, shops, cinemas, a fantastic gym, and Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath are fabulous to go jogging in! Notting Hill is a short bus ride away, as is Camden Town, and St John's Wood and Primrose Hill are also a quick stroll away.

A bit about us - I (Ola) am a 31 year old Australian editor. My flatmate Sarah is 32, originally from the States, and works in publishing for a major international magazine. We've been in this house for over 3 years and really like the place and the area. We both work during the week and socialise with friends on weekends, and enjoy our flat as a place to chill out in our spare time.

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy, who gets along well with others and is up for a chat and a wine but also enjoys their own space and social life!

Rent comes to about 900 pounds per month, which includes council tax, water and Sky TV/broadband. Gas and electricity are extra and the amount varies, but would generally come to no more than about an extra 30-50 per month.

The room is available at the end of April. You will need to pay one month's rent by the 29th, as well as a deposit of 1050 pounds. There's also an agency fee involved in getting your name put on the lease, which we can probably share the cost of as we're due to resign the lease in the next month or so.
