Light, furnished double bedroom with good wardrobe and storage space and views over beautiful lawned communal gardens available from now, latest 8th June. Our lovely 2 bed flat is situated on a pretty tree-lined street 2 minutes from Finchley Road tube station and Waitrose. As my flatmate is off to pastures new, I am looking for a new flatmate (female professional in her 30s) to share this lovely home with me. The flat is on the 2nd floor and has a good sized living/ dining room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, a good quality bathroom, good natural light throughout and great ceiling height and our gorgeous balcony which overlooks the beautiful 3 acre communal garden (basically a private park that we have access to!). Our balcony is a sun trap from 8am-3pm in the afternoon, perfect for some alfresco joys! The bedroom available has a double bed, double wardrobe with storage above it (great for suitcases), 5-drawer chest and book shelves. The room is £800 pcm plus bills of c. £150 which includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, Virgin media and contents insurance (happy to discuss utilities to get the bills down). Our landlord would require a landlord reference, hope that works for you.

As above, the flat is ideally located a 2 min walk to Finchley Road tube for Metropolitan and Jubilee lines, 7 mins walk to Finchley Rd & Frognal overground (great for Richmond and Sheppard’s Bush), 10 mins to South Hampstead overground, or a 15 min walk to West Hampstead for Thameslink to Luton airport etc. You can be at Bond St in 20 mins, and London Bridge in 30 mins. The big Waitrose is just around the corner and the O2 centre is 4 mins walk for a large Sainsburys & a big Vue cinema. For evenings out, there are great bars and restaurants in West Hampstead a 10 min walk and gorgeous Hampstead village and pretty Primrose Hill are both only a 20-25 min walks away.

About me I’m 37 years old and work in Hampstead. I have a pretty busy life both in and out of work, but enjoy spending time at the flat relaxing so it would be great to find someone who’d also enjoy to catch up over a glass of wine and some nice food.
