Excellent location, conveniently situated close to Finchley Road tube (zone 2, Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) and all the shops, plus library, gym, O2 Centre, theatre and cinemas.

The room, (12ft x 6ft or 3. 6m x 1. 8m)) is fully furnished with single bed, small chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookshelves. The kitchen has a washing machine but no dishwasher. There is an outside lockable cupboard to store a bicycle and the property is secured with Banham grilles on all the windows and front and back doors.

I am looking for a cheerful, friendly, clean and tidy person who works full time and enjoys a busy social life, so not suitable for anyone wishing to study, (room too small for a desk), or anyone who really needs a base to do a lot of entertaining.
