We are looking for a student or a professional to share our 3-bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Swiss Cottage. You will be sharing the house with 2 professional male. We are very clean, considerate and sociable, working in medical research and luxury events!

The double room is available as fully furnished with large sunny bay window, spacious built-in-wall wardrobe, bed and mattress, large study desk and chest of drawers.

The flat has off street car park and a large sun-trap of a rear garden (very big and ideal for BBQ, gym exercise, running etc), 2 x separate bathrooms with bath and showers and a kitchen with all the appliances and everything you might need. We also have superfast unlimited fibre optic internet, ideal for steaming HD films and music.

The room is available for £900 a month + utility bills.

Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tube stations are both less than 10 mins walk, with a 5-min ride to Baker Street, 10-min ride to Bond Street. Dozens of buses will bring you everywhere.
Extremely well connected to airports as well (Taxis, National Express and Easybus). You'll be right in the middle of French and Italian restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessens.

Swiss Cottage is well-known for being one of the most sought-after upmarket areas in North West London. High street with a great choice of supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsburys and Marks & Spencer, together with the hugely popular O2 Centre (a new commercial centre with its own Virgin Active gyms and VUE, ODEON cinemas!) are less than 5 min walk away, with every service you could expect from a high street (markets, cafes, dry cleaner and many other businesses).
