We are two young profesionals looking for a third person to take the place of our current flatmate Aoife who is sadly leaving us to take on a new job up North. We are quite a sociable flat but we also have our own things going on.

We are looking for another professional who will be considerate, clean and tidy and happy to get involved in the odd shared meal or trip to the pub

We have a large bright room in a newly refurbished flat ideally located 5 mins from Swiss Cottage Jubilee Line and 2 mins from South Hampstead Overground Stations. Finchley Road and the Metropolitan line provides another option into the city and is just a 10 minute walk away.

The room has a King Size bed and a built in wardrobe which provides a large amount of storage space

The whole flat has been recently refurbished and includes;

• Large Lounge / Dining Room with (Free) Sky Tv

• Separate kitchen with brand new Oven, Dishwaher, Washing Machine

• Two Bathrooms, both have toilets and new showers

• Lots of light, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, newly painted

Price:
• £216 per week (£940 pcm)
• This is inclusive of all bills including: electricity, gas, broad-band, council tax, water, TV licence and monthly cleaner.
