The bedroom is bright and with lots of storage space and a wall-mounted TV, it comes with its own bathroom and almost exclusive access to a study room with desk and futon. Sheets and towels are available if requested.

The kitchen is small but very well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. There is a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, electric kettle, fridge, and a microwave.

Bills and council tax are included. Additionally, I have an account with the Deposit Protection Service and can offer either a custodial or insured deposit scheme.

I am looking for an environmentally conscious tenant that wants a quiet and friendly atmosphere in a well cleaned and organised flat to call home. The flat will be shared with myself and my cat, Mia. She is a very relaxed cat and loves to be around people, she has her litter box in my bathroom and will not be underfoot of the tenant.
