Double Room, all inclusive in flat share
A furnished double room with lots of storage and own bathroom: communal areas of hall, lounge, kitchen and balcony. Flat is on the 11th floor of a tower block with an amazing view out over the city. The flat itself is nicely decorated in quite a peaceful area, with local shops just minutes away. Free on-road parking if desired.
Rent of £650 per calendar month including all bills.
Ideally located; an average 10-15min walk to either East Putney (Zone 2/3) or Southfields station (Zone 3). Just off the A3, with regular buses to Wimbledon, Putney, Richmond, Wandsworth and Clapham Junction. Only a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon Common too.
Flat share is with a female in her mid-twenties and a beautiful elderly cat; looking for someone like-minded who is clean and tidy as sometimes work from home. Not a party house but the lady enjoys a chat and glass of wine while the cat plays lap roulette.
The room is ready from the middle of October for a single person; no couples please. Can be a short term let.
Email Samantha for more details.
Viewings are not possible until the beginning of October.
