Short Let (1 Month) Double Room Kennington Oval

I'm leaving London during the summer and I'm looking for someone who wants to be in my room ONE MONTH (SHORT TIME ACCOMMODATION).

Ideal for people who are looking for a room for a short time. The check in date would be before 9th August until 7th September (approx)

The house is located 7 min walking from Kennington Station (Northern Line, zone 2) and there are plenty of buses to Central London, Victoria and Waterloo (24h buses). 5 minutes walking from the main street with shops and supermarkets (Tesco, Morrison, Iceland)
The house has:
- A big living room with sofa
- Kitchen fully equipped
- Small garden or backyard
- Wifi

The double room has a very comfortable double bed, a big wardrobe, desk and wood floor.
You will share with 2 more guys (30-35), very friendly and sociable. The flatmate who replaces me must be a young professional that fits with my flatmates, respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. I'm looking for a GAY GUY between 30-40 years old.

The price is £110 pw all bills included.
