Southwark 230sq ft doubleroom clean and modern

Hi there,

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy professional female flatmate to move in around October. My flat is located, in walking distance, 5min from Southwark station and Borough station, 10min from London Bridge, and 15min from South Bank.

The flat is 560sq ft with two rooms divided approximately equally. The room is 230sq ft with plenty of storage. Kitchen and bathroom are separate. All furnitures and amenities i. e. washing machine/dryer, cooking utensils, flat screen TV and speakers are included. The building is new, clean and modern. Co-op is next door, and Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s around the corner. Though there is no common living/dining room, each room is large enough to fit a medium sized dining table at one end of the room - almost like a studio but with separate (decent sized) bathroom and kitchen!

I would prefer someone who is easy going but responsible and tidy. I work long hours during the week so would like a quiet environment in the weekday evenings. Weekends are a different story – I enjoy going out, going to live concerts, travelling, running, and trying new things in general. I play the piano (I have one at home) so would love a musically talented flatmate.
