Room with double bed - London Bridge-3 to 4 months

We have a room with a double bed to rent in a 4 story house in London Bridge, for 3 months until the current lease expires on 2nd November 2014. The move in date could be between 7 July and 2nd August 2014, providing flexibility if needed and with rent prorated accordingly.

The place is in a fantastic central location, and is a 5 minute walk from London Bridge & Borough tube stations, 8 minutes to the Thames and a short walk from the city and a number of central London landmarks (Borough Markets, Tower Bridge, South Bank, Tate Modern etc.).

You will be living with an Australian professional guy (age 31) working in finance and an English professional guy (age 28) working in consulting. We are often busy with work but enjoy social drinks, sport and travelling. We are looking for a professional around a similar age and with similar interests. We currently live with an Australian dude who unfortunately must move back to Australia for family reasons.

We have a large flat screen in the lounge room and Sky TV & broadband WiFi, as well as heating throughout the house. We also have a new combination washer & dryer, a dishwasher and a large gas hob & oven. The bathroom is shared between 2 people (one of the rooms has an ensuite), and there are toilets downstairs and upstairs.

The rent will be £850 pcm + £120 pcm for bills (estimate average). We would need one month's rent in advance as a deposit (£850).

We are hoping to hold viewings & finalise in the next couple of weeks.
