Double room in a beautiful and large Victorian flat available for sublet from Tuesday 21 Oct until April next year whilst I spend a sabbatical in India. You'd be sharing with my lovely chilled and laid back flatmate Neil. It's a very central location – zone 1, near Southbank/Houses of Parliament – Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, The Strand all walkable, nearest tube is Lambeth North, 8 minute walk to Waterloo. And we're just around the corner from the Imperial War Museum and its park.
Rent is £850 p/m, with bills on top (c. £70-£80p/m, plus a cleaner comes once a fortnight - pay alternate fortnights with Neil - £20)
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, respectful and tidy. No couples I'm afraid.
