The existing flatmates are; 3 girls ages 24.

We are looking for a sociable, clean and friendly flatmate. The area has several nice pubs and restaurants as well as a Tesco Express, a M&S, and a Sainsbury's Local.

The room for rent has a single bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair.

The rent does not include bills. These are usually around £70/month.
