Light and airy double room in modern apartment just a five minute walk from Southwark tube!
I'm a 24 year old professional in search of a flatmate who's looking for a relaxed and friendly home in zone 1.
The flat is a new build close to the tube and good bus links. There's a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating and a good shower. The place is really secure and we have a lift - there's even a small balcony!
There's a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Co-Op all within 5 minutes, with a butcher and grocer at the end of the road.
I'm looking for someone to join my lease which runs until September 2015. The room is free from the 25 October and the first months rent is due on move in.
I've just moved in but am estimating that all the bills will be about ÃÂã150 a month on top of rent. That includes Sky TV and broadband.
