2 Double Rooms to let in 4 bedroom flat E1

Currently looking for two new house mates to join this great flatshare from mid January

Now a little bit about us.....

HOUSE
The property is a 3 story flat - 1st floor has two bedrooms, 2nd floor there is the kitchen, bathroom and another bedroom, top floor has a comfy living room (a rarity in London!) and final bedroom.
The room come with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving! We also have a shared cupboard at the bottom of the stairs.


RENT
The rent is £588 per month plus bills (we currently pay £60 per month into a house account) this covers council tax, internet, electricity and gas. Gas and electric are quarterly therefore if needs be we top this up depending on the season. Any surplus in the account might be used for household stuff as it arises. We're not petty about toilet rolls and toothpaste either, if it runs out, someone replaces it. There is a 12 month contract you will need to sign, and the agency will need to carry out credit checks (NO agency fees, thou).
We also pay a cleaner who comes over fortnightly and which will cost about maximum £15 per month each.

LOCATION
It's a four minute walk to Liverpool Street station, and a five minute walk to Aldgate East in the opposite direction. About four minutes to Spitalfields and seven minutes to Brick Lane. The location is perfect for anyone who either works in the city or wants to be next to many transport links.

US
There's two of us, Flora (Italian)and Kayleigh (British), we're two friendly girls, early 30's hard working professionals. We do our own thing but often catch up on an evening making dinner, watch some TV in the front room or catch up in the local on the weekend.
The lovely couple who has been living here for more than 6 years is moving to their own place in January, so we are looking for two new suitable flatmates.

YOU
We're looking for two full time working professionals (preferably not a shift worker so we're all in a similar pattern and no students please!. You need to be clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, know how to wash up after yourself, wipe down a work surface or empty the bin when it needs doing. Please no wreck heads or mid week party animals, we like to keep things pretty low key during the week and let our hair down on the weekend.

AVAILABILITY
One room is available from 15th January.
The second will be available end of January.
