Double room - E1 Spitalfields - Furnished -£750pcm

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in my 2 bed flat in Spitalfields, its a 7 min walk to Liverpool St Station and 2 mins walk to Aldgate East station.

The room is fully furnished with 3 built in wardrobes (2 for hanging clothes and 1 with shelves) a long a desk, shelves and drawers. There is also a double bed, with a mattress. Its not a huge sized room, but it is a good size and already has all storage built in.

The flat has a kitchen, with all mod cons (apart from a microwave!) A lounge with a sofa, armchair, side table, shelves and TV. The bathroom is currently being redone- but this will have the usual amenities including an electric shower so a constant supply of hot water! There is a communal courtyard within the property with bike racks and picnic tables, its great for socialising in the summer.

About me- I am 25 and I work for a high street jewellery retailer (9-5ish) and I like going out, but also staying in and watching movies, and generally socialising and exploring London! My boyfriend is 27 and he works for a news channel, working every other weekend.

I am looking for someone who is a professional (male or female) and likes East London and is looking to live in a sociable and friendly house, but also respects that during the week we have work to go to.

The room is £750 not inc bills (these are normally about £65 a month) and is available at the end Jan/early Feb
