I am looking for someone to take over my room for short or long term rent from 14 September. My contract is to 4 October, so the room can either be rented through me directly for short term or through the agency on a 12 month contract (the agency has approved sub-letting of the room, provided that the person moving in will show up at their office to show their ID).
The room is of good standard and furnished with a small double bed, closet, drawer, desk and chairs. The flat is shared with 4 guys who are all working. The common area includes two bathrooms and a kitchen - no living room.
The rent includes all bills, internet and cleaning of the common areas once per month.
