1 Double Bedroom, Amazing Location

Hi

We are looking for a girl to rent a double room in our 4 bedroom flat from 6th October.

The flatmates you will be sharing with are Steve, Amie and Adam. We are friends who have been living together for over a year but known each other for much longer. The flat has a happy, friendly vibe and we want someone to move in who will be in harmony with this.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 shower room with w/c, 1 shower room, 1 separate w/c. There are two compact outdoor spaces.

That is located on Toynbee Street, 1 minute away from Spitafields markets, with Liverpool Street and Aldgate East stations less than 5 minutes away.

The room is a decent sized double that comes un furnished however there are some shelving units in there. The room is £514. 40 per month plus bills (bills are pretty standard and we have a cleaner that comes once a week)
