Quiet double room, Zone 2

Good sized double room, overlooking garden, in quiet family house. You would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, living room, study and garden with us, a couple, and our 1 year old (well behaved!) son.

The house is in a peaceful street in the St Johns area of Deptford, South East London. Local amenities include supermarkets, restaurants and take aways, chemists, drycleaners and post offices.

We are especially well placed for travel to Canary Wharf and the City, but all areas of London are easily accessible with a simple transfer onto the Jubilee Line. The house is located within Zone 2, and five different stations within a 10 minute walk will take you into Central London in no time:

Deptford Bridge DLR: 5 mins walk from house (13 mins to Canary Wharf, 25 mins to Bank)
St Johns mainline: 5 mins walk from house (7 mins to London Bridge, 12 mins to Cannon Street)
New Cross mainline and overground: 10 mins walk from house (5 mins to London Bridge, 10 mins to Cannon Street, 15 mins to Shoreditch High Street)
Deptford and Brockley stations: 10 mins walk from house (mainline and overground)
Lewisham mainline and DLR: 15 mins walk from house (links to Victoria and Charing Cross)
