This is a shared accommodation in a very beautiful and spacious 3-bed flat, right by Primrose Hill and 2 minutes from Regent's Park. We are on the 7th floor, with lots of light, fresh air, and a fantastic view of London. The surroundings are nice quiet and safe. The transport connections are: St. John's Wood (Jubilee) & Chalk Farm (Northern) underground and 274 bus (Islington- Lancaster Gate). There's also a Santander bike station around the corner. Tesco, Morrison's and Sainsbury's are just 10 min walking; there are also plenty of corner shops, cafes, pubs around.

Flatmates are a couple (Swiss guy working in a start-up, and Taiwanese girl who just finished her PhD at UCL and now teaching at the university) and a chilled French Chinese working as consultant. We love the great city of London as well as travelling, and enjoy spending time together over dinner, but we also respect each other when someone needs some quiet time just reading or chilling out. We cook often (sometimes together in the spacious kitchen), featuring Chinese and European cuisines ;) Our flat is always in a clean and comfy state, with a great feeling like home, and we hope to find someone like minded who is not just looking for a roof over their heads.

The room is furnished with a big double bed, two large built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, shelves, and a beautiful view of London. Share a toilet and a bathroom with only one flatmate, as the couple use an en-suite. Common areas include spacious living room, balcony, and kitchen, all equipped with solid furniture and appliances. Lots of natural light and windows are double-glazed. Rent is now around 880 pcm, excluding council tax & bills etc. Heating and building management (including porter) is paid by landlord.
