2 floor apartment in Kings Cross

Hi all!

**The flat**
We have a huge double bedroom available. The flat has two floors, a little backyard with a bbq, one bathroom, a huge kitchen (1 table - 4 chairs, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge) and living-room (1 table - 4 chairs - 2 sofas) with a video projector where you can chill out on the first floor and the bedrooms, washing machine and bathroom in the basement. As you can see on the pictures, the flat is brand new, clean, not mouldy, etc. The flat is for non-smokers and pets aren't allowed.
Bills aren't included (Around £100 for Council tax, gas, water and internet)

** Location **
The location is amazing. 7 min walk to King's Cross, 9 min walk from Euston and 5 min from Camden (shops, banks, hairdresser, restaurants, nightclubs and bars).

** The flatmate **
Pierre is a young professional, 26 years old, french, working in web marketing. He is busy most of his week and he likes to relax during his weekends, visit London, see friends in bars, restaurants, etc.

** You**
You can be a man or a woman, young professional, fluent in english, not a drug user who is planning to stay in London for at least 1 year. You are tidy, respectful, not afraid to spend 1h per week to clean the flat and who likes sharing some good moments. Ideally someone sociable.
The room can also fit for couples since the two floors give you enough privacy.
