Double Bedroom Kings Cross St Pancras

A small, light, furnished double bedroom in a nice newly refurbished maisonette flat. There are two bathrooms (two showers, one bath), a large open plan living room/kitchen area and another bedroom shared by a couple. There is excellent broadband, virgin media tv via a projector, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, 2 large sofas.

The bedroom currently has a small double bed, a cupboard, a chest of drawers, some shelves, a bedside table and a mirror. We can provide bedding/towels if helpful. And if someone ends up staying a while, they are welcome to decorate (paint etc) their room in any way they like. There is also extra space in other cupboards in the flat for suitcases/shoes/coats etc.

We are two women in our thirties (non-smokers) looking for someone to share our flat with from Monday to Friday. We own the flat and are looking for someone friendly, clean and nice to be around. We would like to start with a 3-month let and take things from there.

The flat is in a block of council flats only 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (actually!!) and 10mins from Euston Station. There are excellent transport links to the city (via the Thameslink - 5mins to Farringdon) and to the rest of London via the tube lines (Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan). Not to mention loads of bus routes! It is also only 5 minutes from the Eurostar and there are hundreds of connections to the North and South of England via the overland trains.
