We are looking for a new flatmate for our charming flat in King's Cross / St. Pancras. Medium sized, bright room with lots of natural light and storage space. Superb location. Two minute walk from King's Cross / St Pancras International and Eurostar. Five minute walk to Mornington Crescent. Ten minute walk to Euston, Bloomsbury and Camden Town. Communal areas include: kitchen, bathroom and shower, toilet and terrace. Please note there is no living room. Flat sharing with two other professional females. Would suit a professional female in their late twenties or thirties. Personality wise, we are looking for someone considerate, clean and quiet who would keep the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the flat and share house responsibilities such as cleaning. The room is mostly unfurnished so you are free to decorate. Final candidate will have to provide landlord and work references through an agency. The agency fee for this is £114. Available from June 14. Tenancy duration is one year with a possibility to renew after that.
