The flat is has an excellent location between Mornington Crescent and Kings Cross tubes (4-5 minutes walk to either) and 8-10 minutes walk to Euston or Camden Town tubes. It has a garden which is private and the front (including the room offered for rent) overlooks a tree lined street. It is on the ground floor of a four storey block and has two bedrooms, sitting room, fitted kitchen, bathroom, very sunny garden (with a clothesline) and all the mod cons. Dishwasher, washing machine, (unlimited) BT Infinity wireless broadband, cable tv, central heating, Nespresso coffee machine etc.
The room for rent has a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf and fitted wardrobe (with good storage).

The rent is £850pcm and a deposit of £250 is required. All bills are included.
