Room In 2 Bed Flat 3 Min Walk To Kings X Station

I am looking for a new flatmate for this spacious furnished apartment. It has 2 large double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with appliances, a bathroom and a dining hall with table and chairs.

The contract starts 6th September so you will need to be in a position to sign up and book the room by tomorrow Sat 3rd if you like it.

RENT IS £200 per week per person excluding bills.

The apartment is in a smart, safe and secure mansion block, in an excellent location - just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross Station! There is a communal outside patio area too.

I am a 21 year old non smoking, clean and tidy, male student, who will be studying at Central Saint Martins. My course involves long attendance hours so I will be at uni most of the time. I am looking for a sociable flat mate, but I definitely don't want a party house. I am keen on all sports (especially football & tennis) and enjoy acting, writing, going to the theatre, music.

I have already booked (reserved) this flat and the contract starts on 6th September for 12 months.

I can be in London today 2nd Sept to meet up with you and arrange a viewing too.
