It's located in just 5 mins walking distance from King's Cross Station and Euston and 3 min from British Library.

You can get Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan, Hammersmith&City and Circle line from King's Cross station and there are lots of buses going everywhere in London.

Also Euro-star train station from St Pancras.

It's very close to central London so you could just walk to Central as well.

The flat has been newly refurbished so it's all brand new and clean.

There is a spacious kitchen with a sitting table and chairs and dishwasher, a bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet so you don't need to worry about the toilet being busy.

The room has a double-sized bed, a wardrobe and a bedside chest drawer, table and chair and it is a wooden floor.

All the bills (internet-Virgin Fibre optic, water, cleaning, and council tax band D) are included in the rent with exception of Gas and Electricity.

There is a cleaner, who comes in every 2 weeks to clean the communal area such as the kitchen, bathroom, and the corridor.

The minimum stay is 12 months and 6 weeks' notice is required before you move out.
