Single Room in Newly-Refurbished House

Hello!

Single room to rent in newly-refurbished house.

We are one French Doctor & his English fiancee (works full time but also pretty-much full time artist at home!), and one American post-grad.
PS: we've also got a cute cat!

The bedroom is furnished, with good amounts of storage space. Rent is £700/month (including all bills & cleaning lady twice a week).

Downstairs, there is a bright and spacious living room with comfortable sofas & an armchair; there's a good-sized TV (with Netflix even!), and a well-stocked video games collection!

The open-plan kitchen-dining room is spacious, and very well-lit (with glass back doors and large skylight). It has all the new mod-cons, a utility room - and also a second shower room/toilet downstairs.

Upstairs we have a spare-room with a sofa-bed (for guests), and the main bathroom which is equipped with a ceiling-mounted power shower as well as a bath.

It is a semi-detached house, with a really nice garden & patio-decking.

It is a less than 5mn walk to Stepney Green or 10mn walk to Mile End tube, a 15mn walk to Whitechapel Overground.
It's a short & easy journey into the City or out to Canary Wharf (with Limehouse DLR only 15mn walk), and there's also a new Cycle Highway.

We'd like to find a fellow young professional to share our house with.

As a doctor I can work long hours & night shifts (so may occasionally be sleeping during the day - just a heads up!)

We don't smoke as a household but really enjoy having people over for dinner, & generally being sociable.
We have a cleaner but try to keep the house tidy (so she doesn't leave us!) & are on a perpetual mission to keep the garden alive!
