Double Room offered in Houseshare in Mile End Area

We have had a spacious double room become available in our house share in Stepney Green (10 minutes away from Stepney Green Station on the district line, 5 minutes away from an Asda Superstore for all your cheap grocery!) due to our flatmate having to leave unexpectedly! It would be a double room in a house which also has a spacious living room and a large garden.

The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawer, wardrobe and extra storage space in a cupboard in the room. The house itself has central heating, so no need to freeze during winter!

Currently, there are 4 of us who live in the house, 3 professionals and 1 student. Ideally we would be looking for another professional but we don't mind another student! There are no agency fees, instead you deal directly with our landlord. He requires a deposit of £500, along with the monthly rent of £559, as well as a copy of suitably ID (passport, driving licence etc.) Unfortunately, this is a short term let, only 2 months, as the rest of us are looking to move out by the end of January, so the contract would only go from 01/12/2016 to 31/01/2017.

The bills in the house add up to approximately £60/70, but this includes cleaner, heating, electricity and broadband.

Finally, we reside with a very friendly fat ginger cat, so if you suffer from allergies to cats it would not be worth applying, but otherwise we look forward to hearing from you!

We are a very sociable house, it tends to be that on weekends we drink together/go pubs together, but of course you wouldn't have to come with us! If our place sounds like your cup of tea, then give me a call/text/email/message.
