URGENT!! Large Double Room Stepney Grn/Whitechapel

Hello!

We have a big, bright double room in our flat in Stepney Green. It is available from the 18th of April until 16th September, and we are looking for someone nice to fill it.

At the moment it's being rented by a couple, so it's big enough for two if a couple is interested. (If that's the case, we would be splitting the bills equally between 4 and the rent may be slightly more, email for more info)

The room has a double bed, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Depending on whether you need them there's bike hooks, a big mirror, bedside table and some other bits you could have.

About us:
Matilda and I are 25 year olds, artists and London enthusiasts. I am currently doing an MA in sculpture and Matilda is working at a theatre. We like to go out and socialise, enjoy Genesis cinema across the road and enjoy having nice meals out/in the house together once in a while. We are very easy going and hope to find someone who'd share similar interests.

Here's a breakdown of the flat details:

- 1 Bathroom with bath/shower
- Kitchen with washing machine, gas cooker, microwave
- Laminate flooring
- Double glazing
- 3 Double bedrooms, no lounge
- Right by a bus 24hr stop, 25 and 205 buses
- 3mins walk to Stepney Green tube (District & Hammersmith & City Lines)
- 10 mins walk to Whitechapel overground and tube.
- Close to Brick lane, Spitalfields, Tower hamlets, Victoria Park.
