It is a 5-bed flat which has been recently refurbished with large kitchen/dining/living area, a garden, two bathrooms and toilets. We are in direct contact with the landlord which has been fantastic - no horrible estate agencies to deal with!

We are looking for a professional woman in her mid-20's to early-30's. Somebody kind and considerate who wants a sociable house. There are currently 2 lovely girls and 2 very nice guys living here so I'm looking to fill my room with somebody equally amazing!

The rent is £585 not including bills. Deposit is 1-month rent with a small one-off referencing fee of £60.

The location is great, right next to Stepney Green City Farm and lots of local shops. We're an 8 mins walk from Stepney Green tube and Limehouse stations, with lots of bus routes close by.

Viewings are happening this week with a chance to meet all the current housemates from 6. 30pm Wednesday 23rd April.
