I have a large double room to rent with own full bathroom for the tenants exclusive use. The room is in a modern, two bedroom apartment which is part of a new development built just over 3 years ago.

The room is fully furnished with items which are just two years old - a modern bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables, bookcase, chest of drawers and blackout curtains.

Modern kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, microwave and crockery, utensils etc all available to use. Washer/Dryer, iron etc available whenever you need. Wifi and 55" Plasma TV in Lounge with blu-Ray player.

I am looking for a professional individual, male or female who is respectful, tidy and friendly. I want someone to feel right at home and use the flat to its fullest extent, a home from home for you.

A minimum period of 1 month is required and then 1 months notice from there. From 23rd January 2017 you would have almost exclusive use during the week as I would only be in the flat 1 or 2 nights a week and occasional weekends.
