2 Flatmates Required for 2 Double Rooms...Urgent!

Hi!

We have two rooms available in a four bedroom maisonette minutes away from Stepney Green Tube Station and Queen Mary University, so its ideal for professionals and students.

They are both double rooms, with the price of the larger room being 120 per week, and the smaller double bedroom being 100 per week. Both rooms are furnished with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bedside table. Bills and the cost of broadband is not included in the price, but they tend to come to around 30 per person per month.

The landlord requires you to pay 1 months rent and 1 month deposit when signing a contract, and the contract lasts a year. There are no agency fees, we deal with the landlord directly, and there is no need for references.

It comes with a furnished living room in which we have a 37" TV, Sky and an Xbox, as well as a dining table and 2 sofas. There is also a well spaced garden, which has its own table and chairs for those rare british summer days! Additionally, we have a well furnished kitchen and 2 separate toilets, one which includes a shower.

Our ideal flatmate should be friendly and sociable, we have no preference between students of professionals. Finally, we also reside with an incredible friendly (and fat!) ginger cat, she will require no care from you as a flatmate but obviously if you have allergies ideally it would be better for you to not apply.
