Well organised small double bedded and fully furnished room is available in a 3 bedroom flat in Stepney green.

The flat is in two floors, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs separate toilet downstairs, medium size kitchen, large, bright and comfortable living room with a big dining table and a nice garden for summer bbq or winter under the umbrella.

The room consists of a double bed, bedside table with 2 drawers, a chest of drawer, small desk and a build-in wardrobe. Please note the room is small therefore is not suitable if you have a lot of stuff.

You would be sharing with 2 professionals, an Italian female in her mid 30’s and a French female in her mid 20’s.

We are very tidy, easy-going, respectful, open-minded and very sociable people.

We are looking for the same, who’s tidy, open minded, pleasant and considerate person. Someone who likes to share a home but also has a busy and contained life.
Someone who’s responsible enough to share the common house duties by keeping the flat clean and tidy and most important who is willing to give their contribution for the house responsibilities.

Location wise, the flat is 2 minutes walking distance from Stepney Green station, 10min from Bethnal Green station, and 10min from Whitechapel station.

Rent is £430 per month EXCLUDING Bills:

The Bills amount is approximately £ 120 (each) per month.

6 weeks deposit (£595) and 1 month rent (£430) in front required. Minimum 6 months stay.
