Basement room to rent in a period house in a quiet road in the quaint and leafy Stepney Green which is steeped in history. The room has a window and a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is next to the bathroom which is also in the basement and there is a door for access to the garden. Upstairs on ground level you share the kitchen and living room with an older gentleman who is the land lord. He mainly resides on the first floor of the house so these rooms are mostly for your own use. There are all the usual electrical appliances including washing machine. The decor is a little dated however the space available makes up for this. The house is 5 mins from Limehouse DLR which is two stops from Bank. It is also 10 mins from Stepney Green for the District Line. Would suit someone who is not too fastidious, easy going and quiet.
