Double room in beautiful apartment - East London

Hi!

My boyfriend Tom and I are looking for someone to rent our room for 3 months (from early November to early February) while we are travelling.

Our home is a brand new 3 bedroom flat in a modern new building in the lovely leafy Stepney Green/Mile End area of East London. On the fourth floor of a new apartment block with lift access, it's large, open, warm, beautiful and homely. One of our flatmates is an interior designer, so the apartment has been beautifully furnished with some of her own designs. It has a balcony for morning sun as well as a rooftop.

Our bedroom offers a double bed, dresser, a bookcase and large closet with two windows with access onto a stone rooftop to enjoy evening sunsets overlooking the city.

Your new flatmates would be two Canadian ladies in their late 20's, both professionals working in the arts. They enjoy meeting new people, super friendly, tidy, and all-round awesome people. They both work during regular hours the week and enjoy dinners at home and of course taking advantage of the weekends.

Stepney is a lovely quiet neighbourhood but with great accessibility into the city and the rest of the East. Regents canal is only a block away, lots of Barclays bike hires around the building, a small local market at Stepney City Farm on Saturdays and lots green spaces.
There is also several grocery stores within short walking distance, as well as a larger Sainsburys in Whitechapel.

It's really well connected with 2 stations within an 8 min walk from the flat:
Stepney Green Underground Station for the Hammersmith City and District lines
Mile End Underground Station for the central line and 20 min ride to Oxford Circus
Close proximity to Mile End Rd for buses and cycle highway.
Shoreditch, Columbia Rd and Broadway Markets are 10 min by bike or a bus ride away and beautiful Victoria park 15 min walking along the canal. There is a secure bike lock-up in the apartment building.

Bills are usually around £70 a month and include power, water, internet and Sky TV.
