We are looking for someone/s to take over our tenancy in a spacious house 1 minute walk from Stepney Green Station.
House is completely furnished. Double beds w/ very comfortable mattresses.
There is a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room that looks on to a large garden.
Secure parking is also available in the back yard.
1 large bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs.
This is a 3 bedroom terraced house in a central location.
Myself and my current flatmate have been offered employment outside of London and we are sad to be leaving this beautiful house.

The property is ideal for people working in the City or central London. 10 minutes on tube to Liverpool Street or Monument. Frequent 24 hour buses to central London.
Close by to supermarkets, trendy cinema, cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes on the tube to Westfield.

The deposit required for the property is six weeks rent.

We rent the house from an agency so they require references. The agency have been hassle free and are very happy for us to look for new tenants to take on the lease.

In order to take over the tenancy you will need to be able to provide the letting agency with the following:

Photo ID
Proof of address
3 months bank statements (if online statements, you will need a photocopy of your bank card)
3 months wage slips
Reference from your employer.

The reference check costs £360.

If you fail the reference check you will need a guarantor who is a UK homeowner or alternatively pay six months rent in advance.

We can do viewings on weekends or week nights after 6pm.
