I permanently moved overseas a few years ago, so I'm renting out my fantastic penthouse flat.

The apartment will be completely empty at the end of February.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, air conditioning, under floor heating and built-in wardrobes.

The living room has air conditioning, under floor heating, floor to ceiling windows and a great view of canary wharf. At the back there's a huge 6m x 7m private roof terrace.

It's located 2 minutes walk from Stepney Green underground station. That's just two stops from Liverpool Street, and a short journey to Canary Wharf. It's a great location - Brick Lane is less than 10 minutes walk, and in the other direction Mile End has loads of restaurants. Walk up Brick Lane and you've got Spitalfields, which is probably my favourite part of London.

Rent is £1400/month, and bills are fixed at £200/month (e. g. the total is £1600/month). This includes a weekly cleaner: Dianne comes for four hours every Monday. She'll change and wash your bed linen - if you leave clothes hanging up she'll fold them for you. Everything is totally spotless. She's totally amazing - best cleaner I've ever had.
