This room is available now as someone has pulled out at the last minute. The room is bright and situated upstairs at the back of the house. It comes with a double bed and wardrobe and there is still space to add other furniture. There are two bathrooms with showers so that stops the arguments in the morning! Very large lounge with massive comfy sofa, TV and coffee table leading to a dining room. Large kitchen with all the amenities; large fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, table and chairs. Cellar for extra storage. There is a garden which is ideal for summer BBQs.

We are five minutes walk from Church Street which has loads of great bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance from Clissold Park and the leisure centre where we can sometimes be seen going to the gym or classes. It's 5-10 minutes on the bus to Finsbury Park tube station or 20 minutes walk as well as buses going into central London too from Church St. Stoke Newington Overground is very close by where you can get trains to get you to a Liverpool St in 15 minutes.

We are looking for a young professional female who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We all enjoy socialising together (as well as doing our own thing)whether it's going out or staying in with a glass of wine watching trashy TV.

About us - we are two female professionals; Yorkshire girl Oriana, 34 who is a PA and New Zealander Tessa, who is a teacher and 27. Another new housemate will join us shortly too; Emma who is a lawyer, 31 and Australian.
