Large sunny room in warehouse flatshare

Hello Room-Hunter,

We are looking for someone to take my room: a very bright and beautiful double room in a newly refurbished warehouse in Stoke Newington. It is larger than it appears in the photos. The place is likely to go to the first viewers (it always has in the past). If you're interested in having a viewing get in touch and I'll arrange for you to see the place and meet everyone.

The warehouse has 8 bedrooms in total and is a really great creative space. We are between 26 and 36 and are all creatives/professionals. The flat is sociable but also sensible, we all enjoy big house meals together and will go into Stokey/Dalston to eat and drink together. If you're in need of somewhere spacious and vibrant, are outgoing and open-minded you'll probably fit right in!

I'm planning on moving out at the end of November but you will need to meet/speak with the live-out landlords before anything is finalised. (I am leaving the warehouse to move in with my boyfriend so could potentially vacate sooner if absolutely necessary - although quite keen not to be in a rush and make the most of the time I have left with my lovely housemates!)

All bills are included in the £880 but we do take it in turns to pay the cleaner (the landlord pays the first week of every month) which works out at £40 every 2 months or so for each housemate.

There is no 'official' parking with the property, but the road has no parking restrictions and we've never had a problem finding somewhere to park.

2min walk to loads of buses (73, 106, 243...)
2min walk to big superstore
5min walk to Church street and loads of nice pubs and restaurants
10min to Finsbury Park (Vic line)
10min walk to Clissold Park
