The house has a separate lounge & small kitchen, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-drier, gas central heating and a secure car park. The room is fitted out with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is a lock on the room for privacy. To enter the house there is a gate which only residents have access to there is a good sense of safety.
