Double Bedroom To Rent Until 1St Of March

Hello!
We are a group of friends (a Spanish girl, a Hungarian guy, a Swedish girl) living in a fantastic flat in Surrey Quays.

The flat is new, 3 rooms (one double with an en-suite bathroom, another double room and one single) a living room, a dining room, two toilets, kitchen, a large garden and a garage.

We are looking for someone to move into the double room which is £650 per month PLUS £70 bills (internet, council tax, gas, electricity and water).

The room is available from the 20th of January until the 1st of March.

A bit about the area:
There's a Lidl literally just across the road, and a shopping centre with a 24h Tesco Extra, Boots etc. about 5-10 mins walk away. Next to the shopping centre there's an Odeon and a bowling spot too.
Surrey Quays station is around 5 mins and Canada Water is 10 mins walk.

A bit about us:
We are all really seriously into music. We also cook a lot, nearly every night. We love a bbq whenever the weather allows us, organise nights out together to see our favourite DJs as well as watching movies together from time to time.
