I'm looking for a housemate to share this beautiful, spacious split level flat right next to the river. It has huge windows at either end (living room and bedrooms) with views of Greenwich in one direction and the City and Canary Wharf in the other - it's spectacular!

The rent is £800 per month and bills are usually around £60. The deposit is £900 and it goes into a proper protection scheme.

As for me, I'm a 29 year old professional female and I work in a charity. I've been living at the flat for over a year and love it. I like baking, rock climbing, cooking and the odd get together. I'm sociable, clean and respectful of others. My current housemate is moving out as he's bought a house but highly recommends me as a housemate (honest! ).

It's a 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays (overground) and a 15 minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee Line). There's also a convenient bus that serves both. If you prefer swashbuckling, it's 5 minutes to Greenwich pier for riverboat services. Surrey Quays also boasts - yes - the gigantic Decathlon and Tesco Extra amongst other things.

The flat is modern and well-fitted with a large living area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area has the kitchen, dining area and lounge and has loads of space. The bedrooms are both doubles and the bathroom has a bath and shower. The flat also has its own parking space within a secure, gated area, and there's an indoor bike park for people who cycle.

I have a lovely landlady who lives a way away so doesn't visit often but she's really responsive and fixes things quickly. There's also a concierge at the front door who provides security 24 hours and will take in any parcels - very handy!
