Spacious double room available in airy, light-filled flat within a modern development (1 year old) – FEMALE preferred

Located in the heart of Surrey Quays, there is a 3 min walk to Southwark Park, a 7 min walk to Surrey Quays overground station and a 10 min to South Bermondsey rail station.
Surrey Quays shopping mall is also very close to the flat (a 7 min walk).
And Canada Water station is within reachable walking distance too.

The flat comes with two rooms, shared kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. The available room has a double built-in wardrobe, and if needed, I would provide a double bed, bedside table and even a desk if required.

All bills (plus a cleaner!) are included in the price (electricity, water, internet, council tax... etc.)

Your flatmates would be by my cousin, who is a young professional working in the City, her 1 year old baby and her brother (who is staying in the living room).

The baby is absolutely adorable and I guarantee he has only cried a maximum of a handful of times in a year!

The prospective flatmate should preferably be a non-smoker female and I would need a one month deposit and one month’s rent in advance please.

The flat is available from the 3rd of November.
