We have a beautiful double room available in an amazing dockside cottage. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. All the bills are included apart from the internet as the tenants arrange it themselves.

You have two communal spaces to hang out in too, which is very rare for the area. The kitchen downstairs which opens out onto the dock and the snug room on the top floor which is great for watching films in the winter etc.

THE HOUSE
On the ground floor there is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The room also benefits from a dining table and television. On the top floor there is a small snug room which is ideal in the winter for watching films or more practically, a place to do some ironing in peace!

THE AREA
With all the new developments underway in the area, Canada Water is fast growing and now has a range of it's own perks. Less than a minutes walk from the house you can get to the Greenland dock gym and just down the road you can get to the Thames Clipper river boat service. This can take you as far west as Chelsea and East to Greenwich or The 02!
