Lovely Double Room In Flatshare For 8Mth

I have a lovely room to rent from September 2014 to the end of April 2015.

Where?
The house has a fantastic location:
- 2 minute walk to Swiss cottage underground station and the great Swiss Cottage Leisure Center ( gym + swimming pool + climbing wall + etc)
- 10 minute walk to Belsize Park, Finchley Road or Chalk farm underground.
- Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Camden all in walking distance

-The room is located on the ground floor of a 3 story house. The room has lots of storage space, and a very comfortable large double bed.


Who are you?
Preferably female aged between 25-35 in full time professional employment.

Who are we?
6 working professionals. We all get on well in the house and enjoy the occasional social catch up, but also all live very independent lives. The house has lots of space so it never feels crowded. We would like to find someone who is friendly, independent, and easy going but respectful towards the house living rules and the other tenants.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and we also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly to clean communal living areas (x3 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge room).


Cost
£597 month including all bills + Bond which is one months rent.

I have lived in the house for 5 years. It is a fantastic house in an ideal location!


Availability
Room is available from the 1/09/2014 until the end of April 2015 as I will be returning to live in London.
